Ganpati and the Mighty Mouse
Share
Under the moon so big and bright,
Ganpati rode through the starry night.
On his mouse so small but bold,
A tale of wonder must be told!
One fine day in a jungle deep,
A mango tree began to weep.
"Oh dear Ganpati, hear my plea,
Someone's stealing fruit from me!"
Ganpati nodded, wise and kind,
"Don’t you worry, we will find
The sneaky thief, so small and sly,
And ask them why they steal and lie!"
His little mouse, with a twitching nose,
Followed the scent where mischief grows.
Through the bushes, swift and light,
He found a rabbit, soft and white!
"Why, dear rabbit, do you steal?"
Asked the mouse with gentle zeal.
The rabbit sighed, "Oh, I just race,
And need more energy to chase!"
Ganpati smiled and waved his hand,
"From now on, let’s make a plan!
Mangoes we shall share with you,
But stealing is not good to do!"
The rabbit beamed and hopped away,
Promising to mend his way.
The mango tree was full of cheer,
No more crying, just bright and clear!
So Ganpati and his mouse so small,
Spread love and kindness to one and all.
And if you ever need a guide,
Trust in him, he’s by your side!
